Within the framework of the use of the Site (notion defined in the preamble of the present legal notices), SARL PHOTO ROVERS, hereinafter The Company, in its capacity as data controller, is likely to collect and/or process personal data concerning the Internet user who is an adult natural person, also called “User or Consumer”.

The User's personal data, which may be collected by the Company, is collected primarily when:

Purposes of processing and legal bases

More specifically, the User's personal data is used:

Duration of retention of personal data

The Company undertakes to keep the User's personal data for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. In addition, the Company stores the User's personal data in accordance with the retention periods imposed by the law and the applicable regulations in force or imposed by the administration.

The data collected from Users is kept, by default, for a period of three years from its collection or, where applicable, from the last contact or the last order and then deleted.

Persons or organizations having access to the Users' data

Right of access and rectification
